  1. Tangential to Borges/languages…remember when you wrote this?

    You might already know of this, but there’s a disturbing eyelike character called the Multiocular O. It reminds me of a cluster of spider eyes, or a person suffering from pupula duplex. When the story was written the character existed only in a few medieval manuscripts, but as of 2013 it exists on any computer with Unicode support. Pandora’s box is open.
